About ME
Sgt. Issoufou Boubacar is a Norfolk Police Sergeant, U.S. Army Reserve Captain, and long-time Suffolk resident dedicated to making our community safer. With 17+ years in law enforcement, he has worked in narcotics, gang investigations, and community policing. Now, he’s ready to bring his leadership, integrity, and experience to the Suffolk Sheriff’s Office.
